Is it the same as a taxi or hired car service?

A. No.旅宅便はTabitakubin is an in-vehicle driver support service:
a registered driver accompanies you in your own car (or a rental car under the customer’s name) and assists with driving under a contracted service arrangement. It is not a taxi/charter transport service.

Can I request a quote even if the route isn’t decided yet?

A. Yes.We can provide an estimated quote with basic details such as your date(s), departure area, approximate duration, and group size. Once your itinerary is finalized, we’ll update the estimate accordingly.

What determines the price?

Pricing is based on factorssuch as the service duration (hours/days)・Vehicle type・Delivery/return conditions (repositioning).
In addition, the total may vary due to time extensions and out-of-pocket expenses (expressway tolls, parking, etc.). We will first provide an estimate, then confirm the final details once your plan is set.
