About service usage:旅宅便 is a service offering consultations on outings and transport, itinerary coordination, accompaniment, and driving support. If you use a rental car, the rental agreement is concluded between the customer or a renter approved by the rental company and the rental company. Our service fees and third‑party actual costs—such as car rental charges, fuel, tolls, and parking—are presented separately. Trips that constitute passenger transport will be arranged via licensed hire or charter-bus operators.

- If you wish to proceed, we will check availability for driver support and the conditions of vehicles and related operators, then contact you.
Estimates shown on LINE do not constitute a confirmed contract, reservation, or arrangement. Actual costs such as rental car fees, fuel, highway tolls, parking charges, and contract terms will be confirmed at the time of the formal estimate or contract.
