A new form of travel — "旅宅便"

A consultation and driving-support service that reduces travel burdens and increases time for your trip while maintaining freedom to choose destinations and make stops.

About service usage:If you use a private car or a rental car you obtain, you can consult about itinerary adjustments, accompaniment, and driving support. Rental agreements are concluded between the customer (or a renter approved by the rental company) and the rental company. Our fees and actual costs — such as rental charges, fuel, tolls, and parking — will be presented separately. For movements that fall under passenger transport, we will arrange services provided by licensed hire-car or charter-bus operators.

How pricing is determined

We quote our service fees separately from actual expenses (vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking, accommodation, etc.). Prices vary by usage time, itinerary, pickup/drop-off locations, vehicle requirements, early-morning or late-night service, and other factors. Please confirm the final details in a prior estimate.

From consultation to confirmation

  1. Please provide your dates, departure and arrival locations, number of passengers, planned stops, luggage volume, and so on.
  2. We will check the service type, whether it can be accommodated, and the required contract conditions.
  3. We will provide an estimate that separates our fees from actual expenses and payments to contracted providers.
  4. Once you review the details and we confirm any required partner providers, we will notify you of the final confirmation.

Recommended vehicle types by passenger count (reference)

The following is reference information to help consider vehicle classes when using a rental car. Confirm actual vehicle models, seating capacity, luggage space, rates, availability, and insurance/coverage with the contracted rental company or service provider.

About service usage:A rental agreement is concluded between the customer (or a renter authorized by the rental company) and the rental company. Vehicle names on each page are a guide to equivalent classes and do not guarantee provision of a specific vehicle.

Choose a vehicle class after checking not only passenger numbers but also luggage (suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs), child seats, and seating capacity including the driver. If unsure, please consult us in advance.

3-seater Corolla class

Capacity: Up to 3 to 4 people

This is a sedan car that is easy to use. It is useful in both private and business settings. We recommend accommodating up to 3 people.
