If you use a rental car, the rental agreement is concluded between the customer or a renter approved by the rental company and the rental company. Our service fees and third‑party actual costs—such as car rental charges, fuel, tolls, and parking—are presented separately. Trips that constitute passenger transport will be arranged via licensed hire or charter-bus operators.

About costs

We will present our support/accompaniment/driver-support fees separately from actual costs such as rental vehicle charges, fuel, tolls, parking, and accommodation. If a wheelchair-accessible vehicle is required, we will check availability and conditions with the contracting party and inform you.
